When Vietnam veteran John Eastland (Robert Ginty) learns that his best friend was left paralyzed at the hands of a New York street gang, he will not rest until they are brought to justice. Eastland takes the law into his own hands and becomes a one-man task force who annihilates his buddy's attackers and goes on to hunt down the city's entire dark under-world.
