NORRIS' McQuade is a hard-driving, beer-drinking lawman whose somewhat unorthodox methods (including Karate) have helped him remain a successful loner. So, when his supervisor tries to saddle him with a partner (ROBERT BELTRAN of EATING RAOUL), J.J. gives his new sidekick the slip. But, soon they both become embroiled in the crime spree begun by the cruel gun-runner Rawley (CARRADINE). To add to the growing tension, Rawley's beautiful woman (BARBARA CARRERA of THE ISLAND OF DR. MOREAU) soon becomes McQuade's fondest admirer.

When the violence extends to J.J's daughter, he goes on a do-or-die mission of revenges, accompanied by only his partner and single FBI agent (LEON ISAAC KENNEDY). Together, they hazard the treacherous hike to Rawley's secret lair, where LONE WOLF MCQUADE finally confronts his enemy in a sizzling duel of hands and feet, a climactic battle between two of today's most famous martial arts experts.
